In this new take on the traditional children’s tale, ‘The Mechanical Doll’, this visually arresting piece incorporated actors, real props, a series of intricate scenic models and drawn backdrops, all brought together via green screen to create amazing layered visuals. Playing with dimension, scale and textile this film really pushed the boundaries of what is possible and brought this book’s illustrations startlingly to life.
