For this wonderful Christmas show, I created the illusion of a proscenium arch within the large studio space, giving the look of a classic Victorian paper theatre. Several complex illusions were worked into the design of this set including the magical appearances of the ghosts, Jacob Marley’s face in the doorknocker and the appearance of Scrooge’s grave. This show had an extremely low budget but managed to achieve some of the depth and richness of a much larger show.
