For this piece, I designed a set of simple white scenic blocks in a sea of blue sawdust and, mirrored above, identical hanging blocks reflecting those below. Small fountains created a visual and audio element to the piece and also reflected the movement of the water onto the white blocks above. This set created a striking and elemental environment for the action, representing the divisions and the reflections between different worlds.
